Requesting a lost password:

For security reasons, please call US ServTec's customer support number to request your password or to have a new one generated.  We cannot transmit your password by email.

Technical Issues:

The Dealer Center requires Internet Explorer version 6 or higher to be viewed correctly.  If you are using a version Microsoft Internet Explorer other than 6 or 7, click here to update to version 6.

Also, be sure cookies are enabled in your browser, and the browser security settings are not set to "High" or "Maximum."

If you are still experiencing an error when attempting to log in, please send an email to webmaster@usservtec.com with the following information:

bulletET Number
bulletDescription of the error
bulletConnection type (56k, DSL, Cable)
bulletAny sort of security, web acceleration, or firewall programs running at the time.  You may also try disabling your firewall before logging in.
bulletBrowser type and version number
bulletWhen the problem was first discovered
