Online Warranty Claim System
The US ServTec Online Warranty
Claims system allows warranty claims to be filed electronically,
without unreliable paperwork or postage delays. The Online
Warranty Claim system is straightforward and simple to navigate, and
a warranty claim can be entered and submitted for processing in a
matter of minutes.

Claims estimated to total less than
$300.00 can be filed right away. Claims that may exceed
$300.00 require a pre-authorization code which can be obtained from
US ServTec's Warranty department by phone during regular business
hours.

Next, the person filing the claim can
log in to the system with his or her Dealer Number and Web
Password. The VIN of the unit is entered next, followed by
the estimated amount of use, either in hours, miles, or kilometers.
Lastly, if the unit is unsold, and not registered to a customer,
check the New Unsold Unit box to verify this.

Next, after the VIN and registration
records are instantly verified, the Claim Type can be
selected, followed by the Estimated Fail Date and the
Repair Date.
The main form works like a digital
version of a typical US Servtec warranty claim form. Parts and
Labor codes are entered one at a time and totaled automatically.
To switch between entering parts and entering labor, click no the
tab labeled either Calculate Part Cost to add parts, or
Calculate Labor Cost to add labor.

Adding parts by part number. First, enter
the part number...

...then, enter the quantity, and click Submit
Part for Claim. It will be added in to the claim total.

To add labor codes to a claim, first select a
category for the repair job. Use the scroll bar to the right
of the categories to find the correct one, then click and select it.

Next, choose the proper job from the selected
category and click Add Labor Cost to Claim. The labor
code will be added automatically, as well as the extended cost from
the hours given for the job and the posted labor rate.

More parts and labor may be added for
the claim for this unit. Different units will require separate
claims to be filed. If the total cost exceeds $300.00, the
Pre-Authorization Code will be required to continue. It
can be obtained by calling US Servtec's warranty department during
business hours. If the claim is complete, click the button
labeled I'm Done - Complete my Claim to continue.

Lastly, US ServTec will require
contact information for the person filing the claim, should the
Warranty department have any questions. In the Comment
area, a brief description of the job is required, as well as any
other pertinent information. Additionally, by clicking
Upload Image for Claim, up to three photographs can be attached
to the claim, if necessary.
After submitting the claim, US
ServTec's Warranty Department will review the submitted claim and
take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
