Ordering Parts Online

The US ServTec Online Parts Catalog provides a simple, visual method of ordering the replacement parts you need for your customers.  Parts are displayed as full-color photographs, so you can ensure for yourself that the part you are ordering is the right one.

The Online Parts Catalog begins here.  If you are looking for parts for a particular model, you can use the drop-down list on the left side to jump directly to the catalog for that model.  If you wish to search for the specific parts you need, you may use the Search Tool on the right-hand side to locate these parts.

...or just enter the part number, if you already know it.

At the bottom of the page, anything matching your search criteria will be displayed, sorted by model.  Any part with the word "carburetor" in the description would be displayed, in this instance.  Use the scroll bar on the right side of the box to find the part you need, then click on its row.

The part name, price, description, diagram of where it appears in the part catalog, and its photograph will be displayed on top of the page.  If you are satisfied that this is the part you need, you may enter the quantity desired just below the photograph, and then click the green Add to Cart button to the right.

The item is now in your Shopping Cart, along with any other parts you wish to purchase.  Here, you can change quantities of parts in the Shopping Cart, or remove unwanted parts, before Checking Out, when your order is submitted to US ServTec.  You may also click the Keep Shopping button to return to the catalog and add your next part.  You can return to this screen any time by clicking the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page.

This is the final verification screen before Checkout.  All parts that will be ordered are listed, along with their total cost.  A Purchase Order Number can be added optionally, for your own reference, and the Shipping and Payment choices may be set as well.  Orders may be shipped via standard Ground, Two-Day, Next-Day, or Next-Day Saturday method.  Payment may be either Account Terms such as Net 30 or COD, or Credit Card on File if US ServTec has a credit card record on file with your company.

When satisfied, click the Check Out button to place your order.  Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST each weekday will typically be shipped that same business day.  The following day after shipping, you can track your order online on the US ServTec Dealer Center by clicking the "Order Tracking" on the main menu.  All orders shipping recently will be listed, and will include information on the date processed, number of packages in the shipment, and provide a tracking number and link to the shipment company's tracking page.
